What Gun StoreMaster does
Gun StoreMaster covers the records an FFL is required to keep: an electronic bound book, 4473 handling, and multi-sale reporting. On top of that it handles multiple locations, type-07 manufacturing, and repair orders with estimates and invoicing. Which capabilities you get depends on the plan.
The records you are required to keep
Electronic bound book. eSAFE keeps acquisitions and dispositions searchable, lets you attach images and documents, and handles destroyed, lost and stolen dispositions. On every plan, with automatic backup.
Electronic bound book4473 handling. Your customer completes the 4473 on a tablet in your store, guided question by question, with required fields enforced so an incomplete form never reaches your counter. From Standard.
fast4473™Multi-sale reporting. fast3310™ processes multi-sale forms, from Standard upward. It generates the form for you; submitting it on your behalf is an Enterprise capability, not part of Standard or Pro.
Running the business
Multiple locations. Every location on one account at no extra cost per location, each keeping its own bound book while sharing one login and one bill.
Multi-storeType-07 manufacturing. A manufacturing workflow module on Pro for type-07 licensees, at a flat monthly price. GSM XXL, a rare add-on for the highest-volume type-07 licensees, is available on Pro at an additional cost.
Type-07 manufacturingRepairs, transfers and consignments. Repair orders with estimates and invoicing, from Standard upward.
Gunsmithing and repairsStaff accounts. Up to 25 on Pro, each with its own login, so the record shows who did what.
Inventory and receiving. fast_inventory, fast_receive and batch processing all come in at Standard. fast_receive also automates store-to-store transfers between your own locations and GSM-to-GSM transfers between other GSM customers.
