Multiple locations, one account

Separate books, one account. Each location keeps its own bound book — a regulatory requirement, not a design choice: each FFL, under its own FFL number, has to keep its books separate. What is shared is the account around them.

fast_receive between your own stores. Moving a firearm from one of your locations to another is automated, not a manual re-entry — and the same automation covers transfers between GSM customers, if you regularly move inventory with another GSM shop.

One login. You are not signing in and out of separate systems to answer a question about another store.

One bill. Adding a location does not add a line to the invoice. This is the part most systems charge for and we do not.

One set of staff permissions. Staff accounts carry their own logins, so the record shows who did what, wherever they did it. Up to 25 staff accounts on Pro.

If the new store is greenfield, it is a new book on the account you already have. If you are bringing a location off another system, the migration path is the same as any other: you export, we supply the import template and a field guide, and an import analyzer runs against the data before it lands. Documented migrations finish in under 15 minutes.
